Rob is a highly-regarded marketing and communications consultant with over 25 years of experience in healthcare and technology.
His track record in creating thought leadership platforms and programs for clients is without peer. He is the industry’s leading expert in the HIPAA-compliant use of health data for content marketing.
He’s led corporate communications and marketing for one of the nation’s pioneering digital health companies and one of the most successful technology adoption campaigns in the history of healthcare.
At Surescripts, Rob led the campaign to convince doctors to shift from using paper to electronic prescriptions. During his time with Surescripts:
The number of physicians using e-prescriptions rose from 5,000 to 500,000
The number of e-prescriptions rose from 4 million to over 1 billion.
He’s led communications strategy and execution behind two of the most successful IPOs in the history of digital health.
He’s established a reputation as a leading consultant working at the industry’s top agencies.
While at W2O Group, Rob built, from the ground up, the largest practice and portfolio of digital health companies in the marketing services industry.
He has one of the most successful track records in the agency business, having won dozens of head-to-head pitches against and otherwise displaced Edelman, Ketchum, Ogilvy, Omnicomm, Ruder Finn, Text100, Weber Shandwick and many other leading agencies.
Rob lives in Chappaqua, NY with his wife and teenage son and daughter. He originally hails from Philadelphia and remains a proud and prototypical Philly sports fan (If you ask, he will assure you that Santa had it comin’.). In his spare time, he persists in sending bits to Lorne Michaels but fears, after 25 years, that his shot at SNL may be coming to a close.
Jen has more than 16 years of experience creating global communications programs for a broad spectrum of private, emerging growth and well-established digital health companies.
She’s helped long-standing enterprise technology companies like Microsoft, IBM and Infor establish their public presence in digital health.
She lead the team that worked with Microsoft’s Health Solutions Group (Amalga and Healthvault) and their industry solutions group to tell a cohesive story about Microsoft’s impact and market position in healthcare.
She helped establish IBM Watson Health’s public programming, including the development of digital health beat reporters who would ultimately support the company’s narrative.
She worked with enterprise software giant Infor to create the first ever proactive vertical communications program across 13 industries, including healthcare.
She’s taken nine companies public on the NYSE and NASDAQ, including Evolent and Castlight Health’s blockbuster listing in 2014. She also prepared Veeva Systems for their IPO the previous year.
She routinely counsels clients on communications strategy for corporate and financial events, including executive moves, financing rounds and mergers and acquisitions.
She counseled Microsoft on the creation of the company’s first comprehensive social media and content strategy for reaching health influencers. The program became a model for other industry groups within the organization.
Jen lives in Stamford, CT with her husband and three kids — twin boys and a little girl. She spends as much time as possible near the water — preferably Long Beach Island, NJ where she grew up. And no, she is not an Eagles fan, despite the best efforts of both Rob and her father.
