Background.
Dr. Mayer has spent the last 15 years as a Clinician (Psychiatrist), Healthcare Executive, and Entrepreneur, accruing unique experience as both provider and payer with a focus on technology. Dr. Mayer has worked extensively advising and operating companies working in post-acute care, home-based services and Medicare Advantage.
As founder and CEO of Cureatr, Dr. Mayer was responsible for driving the company’s mission, vision, and growth - building the enterprise into a leading venture-backed healthcare technology company that delivers value-based solutions around real-time data exchange to support care transitions, medical management and provider communication.
Prior to founding Cureatr, Dr. Mayer trained and worked as a Psychiatrist at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and operated a healthcare informatics consulting firm, Inomaly, which focused on healthcare data loss prevention and clinical decision support.
With an MD from Columbia University and a Crain’s 40 Under 40 Award under his belt, Dr. Mayer is on the board at Cureatr and is a Managing Partner at Diagram Healthcare.
