Background.
Prior to developing Sirona, Cameron worked briefly in Stanford’s Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging Center (AIMI) under Dr. Curtis Langlotz, Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Informatics. As an Associate at Lux Capital, he was responsible for evaluating the first wave of emerging imaging AI companies and supported the firm’s investments in science and technology ventures.
In 2020, with support from early partners and investors, Cameron spearheaded fundraising efforts resulting in $22.5M in Series A and A-1 funding to expand business operations. In 2021, Cameron launched Sirona’s ground-breaking RadOS platform, Workspace. In recognition of these achievements, he was named to Forbes’ 2021 Class of 30 Under 30 in Healthcare.
Andrews is a graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Computation and attended Stanford’s Master’s in Biomedical Informatics program before taking leave to build and lead Sirona.
